These instructions are for when you purchase product from the Drury Pet Centre Website, all others will be negotiated by dealing direct with the management team at the store.
Please Note:
If you want Drury Pet Centre to freight the goods we will email you the final amount including freight charges, if you are paying by bank transfer please do not deposit the amount before receiving this which will be sent to you via email (unless you state otherwise) within a 24hr period when ever possible. If your order is more urgent please ring us and we will endeavour to work out the details immediately.
The weight and dimensions of the order once packed to be dispatched
determine the freight charges.
Our primary shipping service is Courier, and most orders are delivered in 1 to 3 working days after dispatching.
We are currently shipping product within New Zealand only, however if you require products sent offshore please make contact with us to discuss further.
We do not accept responsibility for delivered damaged goods. For more information please read our Terms & Conditions.
We do allow pickups from our shop at 135 Great South Road, Drury, Auckland during the hours that we are open.
We do not ship to P O Box numbers.
Delivery Times
Drury Pet Centre will ship your order as soon as possible once the payment is made in full.
There must be someone to accept / sign for the delivery of your order.
We only ship orders Monday to Friday (not including public holidays), if Saturday deliveries are requested we can make that request on your behalf to the courier company, if they accept that request there will be a surcharge that will apply for this service.
RURAL DELIVERIES - If you require a rural delivery for goods, Courier Post (who does most deliveries in the rural sector in NZ for other courier companies), have said that they do not guarantee a drop off with a signature. Therefore there is no proof of delivery if goods go missing.
For this reason we ask that you either provide an address that is not rural that we can deliver goods to or we will arrange delivery to your rural address at your risk of loss or damage.
We apologise for this but it is beyond our control. We endeavour to provide a service so that you actual receive the goods and that they are in good order.
